Terms & Conditions

By submitting this sponsorship application, the sponsor agrees to the benefits, visibility, and investment levels outlined on the sponsorship page on the Hastings Main Street website. Sponsorship is confirmed once application has been approved and payment (or an approved in-kind agreement) is received. All logos, promotional materials, and any optional booth details must be provided by the deadlines given to ensure inclusion in event marketing. Hastings Main Street reserves the right to approve or decline any sponsor materials to maintain a family-friendly and community-focused event environment.

In the event of schedule or layout changes due to weather, safety, or operational needs, sponsorship benefits will transfer to the rescheduled date. If an event is fully canceled and not rescheduled, sponsors may either transfer their sponsorship to another event or request a refund. Sponsors participate at their own risk and agree to hold harmless Hastings Main Street, its staff, partners, and volunteers for any damage, loss, or injury occurring during event participation.

Hastings Main Street is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and sponsorships are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Once payment or in-kind confirmation is received, we will finalize your benefits and ensure your business is included in the appropriate event marketing and communications.
